CAN I SELECT MY OWN PLAN?
Yes. You can bring your own plan as long as it meets the restrictions.
WHO BUILDS THE HOUSE?
You can either bring your own builder or we have some that we can recommend.
HOW QUICKLY CAN I START BUILDING?
As soon as you close! (30-40 days in most cases)
DO I HAVE TO START BUILDING RIGHT AWAY?
No. There are no restrictions on how soon you need to start building. However, the lot must be maintained until start of build.
ARE UTILITIES ON SITE?
Yes. City water, sewer, electric and gas are available.
